Introducing Young Crew
Young Crew is an IPMA program to help today’s young Project Managers to grow to meet tomorrow’s challenges. Focusing on project managers between the ages of 18 and 35, Young Crew provides opportunities for training and development, coaching, networking, and assuming leadership roles in the practice of Project Management.
As part of asapm’s 2009 initiatives, we are forming a Young Crew organization in the USA. The first opportunity for US Young Crew members was in late October 2008, in the Washington, DC area. And, Jhaymee Wilson and Edward Logan will holding another organizational meeting at a time and place to be posted here first! The topics for discussion include initial formation, a Young Crew Board, Budget, and a Spring Conference.
asapm Young Crew will also work with other Young Crew members from IPMA (International Project Management Association) member association groups all over the world. Join us!
Watch this space for the next meeting notice, the Young Crew Maturity Model, and our Action Plan, our roadmap for the Young Crew program development in the USA.
